 Sakshi NGO Creating awareness of Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Work Place by  organising gender trainings, workshops, study circles, campaigns .sexual harassment is a form of gender discrimination which violates the fundamentalright to equality and right to life of woman, guaranteed under Articles 14, 15 and 21 of the Constitution of India. In India Many employees, especially in low-wage jobs, face harassment in the workplace — and to make matters worse, sexual harassment is damaging for both female and male employees, even though it happens less to men.Sexual harassment at a workplace is a gross violation of women’s right to equality, life and liberty. It creates an insecure and hostile work environment, which discourage women’s participation in work, thereby adversely affecting their social and economic empowerment and the goal of inclusive growth. With this idea the legislature enacted The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act
